Gate Repair, Openers and New Gates for Loveland Properties
We repair swing and sliding gates, service openers and access controls, and install new driveway and ranch-style entry gates in and around Loveland, Berthoud and Johnstown, Colorado.
Driveways, Acreage and Shared Entrances
Centerra Gate Services works on gates of every common kind: driveway gates on suburban streets, ranch-style entries on acreage and horse properties, community gates at HOA entrances and shared gates on small commercial lots. Most calls are for automatic gate repair, new driveway gates and opener replacement.
Alfie Evans started the company in 2010. Many jobs now begin with photos and measurements sent from a phone, so the right parts come on the first trip and site visits are kept for checking the ground and the posts.
- Serving Loveland Since 2010
- Committed to Showing Up On Time
- Highly Rated by Our Customers
I have set gate posts in hard ground, wired openers and keypads and built entry gates for larger properties around Loveland. Before I call a job finished, I want the gate cycled again and again while we listen for any drag or hesitation.

Repairs, Openers, New Gates and Upkeep
Swing, sliding, driveway, ranch-style entry and commercial gates, on houses, acreage, HOA entrances and lots with shared access.
Gate Repair
Swing gates that have sagged on their hinges, sliding gates dragging on worn rollers or a bent track, latches that no longer catch and posts loosened by frost or a bumper. Most of it is mechanical work on parts that can be adjusted, rebuilt or replaced.

Gate Opener Service
Slide, swing, underground and barrier-arm operators, on mains power or solar. We repair and replace openers and set up the keypads, intercoms and remotes that go with them, so the gate answers the people who should open it.

Gate Installation
New driveway gates, ranch-style entries for acreage and shared-access gates for HOA entrances and small commercial lots, planned around the opening, the slope, the ground and the power you have.

Gate Maintenance
A routine visit for the parts that wear quietly: hinges and rollers, the track, the photo eyes and safety edges, the battery backup and the finish. Small adjustments now keep a gate from stopping in January.

Reviews of Our Gate Work
Our driveway gate started stopping halfway and reversing. Centerra sent a tech who checked the safety sensors and found the gearbox in the operator was worn out.
Our gate keypad quit the day before a big family party, so we needed it fixed quick. The tech guessed it was the wiring from how I described it. Found a chewed wire, spliced it, and reset the codes while he was there. Everyone got in fine that weekend. Great service, thanks!
Alfie came out for the yearly service on our swing gate and did a really good job. He was on time, told me what he was checking as he worked, and was easy to talk to. He went over the hinges and the arm and made sure the battery backup was good before winter hits. This is our second year using them with no complaints and we'll probably have him back next fall.
Keep the Gate Opening and Closing
Call with the gate type and what it is doing, or send the request form and email photos of the gate and the opener. Phone photos and a few measurements often tell us which parts to bring.
